Virtu built a variety of systems that allowed employees to self-manage the ordering of new wireless devices, change wireless services, or order accessories. These systems were integrated with existing SAP ERP system.
With over 78,000 employees they had a need to expand the day-to-day management of the wireless devices and service to each individual employee. Encore was developed as a way for customers to manage their IoT device connections across the wireless network. Customer’s can see their device’s connection status in real-time and perform a variety of operations to each line of service. Encore is connected to the core wireless network via a variety of APIs.
